Introduction
The East Coast National Scenic Area Management Office of the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Communications (from now on referred to as the East Management Office) has a tourism jurisdiction covering the main island of Taiwan (the coastal area of Hualien County and Taitung County) and the green island area of outlying islands. After the completion of the project (after this referred to as "Suhua Reform"), the number of tourists and vehicles has increased significantly, and the manual operation mode has been unable to cope with the control needs derived from the entry and exit of a large number of people and vehicles.
Through inventory operations, environmental surveys, and demand collection, this plan analyzes the integration of smart security monitoring and people-vehicle control in the field, and proposes a monitoring system configuration plan for the entire region, focusing on "people-vehicle, safety, and traffic smart management" , to solve the problem of supervision and service of people and vehicles in tourist areas. Finally, the demonstration site (the headquarters of the East Management Office) is used as the verification field, which will be used as a reference for the follow-up intelligent monitoring and security operations of the strongholds within the jurisdiction of the East Management Office and the visitor center, as well as countermeasures for improving related software and hardware equipment.

Through collecting environmental data in the jurisdiction, analyzing the needs of new equipment and replacement, and putting forward suggestions for strengthening the environmental monitoring and safety of scenic spots in hot spots.
Smart monitoring service platform construction
Collect the image data of the environmental field within the jurisdiction of the Eastern Management Office, centrally monitor and manage camera images through the interface of Open API, and integrate information services such as spatial information and meteorological monitoring data, as the application plan for subsequent smart development services.
Traffic identification statistics
Using artificial intelligence algorithms to identify images, calculate the vehicles entering and leaving the headquarters, and estimate the number of people entering the park through the vehicles, and store historical data in the background for relevant personnel to manage and control.
Environmental cleaning audit management
Through the use of odor sensors for public area cleaning management, and microwave detectors to detect the flow of people in and out, as the basis for cleaning and cleaning by relevant personnel. It can also be used for crowd warning and control to facilitate the implementation of epidemic prevention measures.
Intelligent monitoring and identification
Using AI to analyze images and equipment to detect illegal parking and suspicious vehicles, when the set number of seconds is exceeded, the equipment will send out an alarm to notify the owner to leave the scene, which can be used to improve traffic congestion and violations in tourist areas.
