Introduction

The Soil and Water Conservation Bureau has established a smart disaster prevention system for large-scale landslides in order to strengthen Taiwan's overall slope disaster tolerance. The investigation, monitoring, preparation and response of large-scale landslide potential areas are carried out through multi-scale monitoring methods and related disaster prevention and mitigation operations. The investigation, monitoring, preparation and response of large-scale landslide potential areas are carried out through multi-scale monitoring methods and related disaster prevention and mitigation operations.

The large-scale collapse monitoring integrated system provides a one-stop website service for the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau. Completely provide the data and image integration platform of the large-scale collapse real-time monitoring instruments and cameras of the monitoring teams of the Bureau and each branch. It also provides various data research, judgment and analysis functions required by the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau for operations in the response phase.

Project performance and benefits

Cross-unit system integration - Integrate the information system of the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau and the branch monitoring team monitoring data and camera image data through the network API, and collect 100 collapse areas and 13 different types of monitoring instrument data; a total of 985 instrument data, including 55 automatic cameras.

Monitoring imagery - the system presents the relationship between various monitoring instruments and collapse areas through spatialization, and at the same time collects various spatial data inside and outside the bureau for GIS map presentation. The system overlays the analysis results of the surface displacement over the years with Temporarily Coherent Point SAR Interferometry (TCP-inSAR) in the collapsed area of the whole station through the 3D map platform, and can query the real-time monitoring data of the monitoring instrument data.

Collaboration between sophisticated units and monitoring teams - through the integration of platform instrument maintenance, data quality inspection, monitoring data addendum, multiple instrument comparison analysis, emergency management value maintenance, information analysis and other functions, jointly maintain large-scale collapse monitoring data and vigilance on the quality of published results.
